Our Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Dr. Michael Fidelis Nwaefulu M.Sc., MST, Ph.D.
Dr. Michael Fidelis Nwaefulu M.Sc., MST, Ph.D. is a tax
practitioner/consultant at MFN International Consulting
Services Ltd, a division of Fidelity Systems Inc. - a
professional tax firm. Michael has worked in the tax sector in
the United States of American and in the international space
for over two decades as a tax practitioner and a tax
consultant. He has provided services in the United States such
as individual and corporate tax preparation, tax planning, and
risk Management. Dr. Fidelis Nwaefulu has continued to provide
services like tax audit monitoring and tax revenue collection
in the African continent. Michael has spearheaded micro
finance development initiative in Africa by providing needed
capital for community empowerment among small businesses and
start-ups. This has significantly improved and empowered the
business communities in the urban and rural areas.
Dr.
Michael Fidelis Nwaefulu is the author of Tax Practitioners’
Perceptions Regarding Fraudulent Earned Income Tax Credit
Claims published 2019. Dr. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of
Technology, Dallas, Texas (1989). He also holds two Masters
degrees in Taxation & Accounting and Financial Management from
Washington School of Law/Washington Institute for Graduate
Studies, Salt Lake City, Utah and Keller Graduate School of
Management/DeVry University, Irving, Taxes, USA (2005 and 2010
respectively). He also holds a PhD in Business Administration
from University of Phoenix, Dallas, Texas, USA (2019). He is a
Certified Programmer from Southern Methodist University,
Dallas, Texas, USA (1998).

PETER OKECHUKWU OKOCHA HND, MBA, B. ED, M.Sc. and ACIB.
Mr. Peter Okechukwu Okocha holds National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Banking and Finance from the prestigious Polytechnic East of the Niger, The Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu, Enugu State, Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State. He also obtained a Bachelor of Education degree (B. ED) in Management/Economics from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Enugu State and a Master Degree (M.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management from Delta State University, Abraka.
As an Industrial Trainee, he worked with Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC) Lagos in Corporate Finance and Control Department. He also worked as the Assistant Accountant in Jubaili Bros Engineering Ltd. (Marapco Generator), Kano, Kano State (2003-2004). He started his banking career in Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) Katsina after his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Kano State (2004-2007). He later joined the then Intercontinental Bank Plc (2007). In pursuit of banking career, he joined Access Bank Plc in 2012 and worked with the Bank till 2018 before taking an honorable bow. He rose to the level of a Senior Banking Officer (SBO). During his banking career, he worked as a Teller, Funds Transfer Officer, Customer Service Officer, Cash Officer, Head of Operations, Relationship Officer (RO) and Relationship Manager (RM) creating and managing business relationships. Currently, he is the Managing Director of MFN International Consulting Services Ltd.
It is worthy of note that Mr. Peter Okechukwu Okocha is an Award- Winning- Banker from the prestigious Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN, 2017), where he emerged as the Best student in Banking Law, Ethics and Corporate Governance in Nigeria and some West African countries. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB). Currently, an Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) student member and also a PhD student of Delta State University, Abraka

Mr. Peter Prospect Ugbechie
Mr. Peter Prospect Ugbechie holds B.Sc in Political Science/ Public Administration from University of Benin, Edo state.
He joined MFN in 2017. He has worked as a Surveillance Officer, Marketing Manager, Finance Manager and he is currently the Operation Manager of MFN International Consulting Services Ltd.

Mr. Onwuegbuzie Ifeanyi Anthony
Mr. Onwuegbuzie Ifeanyi Anthony holds B. Sc. in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) in the year 2008. He also a member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) (2009).
He joined MFN International Consulting Service Ltd since 2017 and he is the Admin Manager
